The DX12 uses coaxial technology which gives it a perfectly coherent acoustic field over a 90° conical dispersion. The passive crossover has been designed to manage the phase alignment of the drivers and to obtain linear amplitude and phase responses, all while keeping distortion rates to an absolute minimum.

The original enclosure design naturally provides two panels angled at 30° and 45° as well as two side cheeks which integrate all ergonomic functions: two handles allowing easy gripping and handling of the enclosure in all its positions, protected connectors, a pole mount socket, and a receptacle for rigging options. The 12ATP90 option includes an angle adjustment indexing plate with the ETDX12 yoke which conceals within the side cheeks. The QFS4 option comprises 4 rigging hardware pieces for quick and secure suspension using screws or quick-release pins.
